Wellness experiences for your DAY SPA in Tuscany
The SPA EXPERIENCE formula offers the opportunity to spend a day of deep relaxation and total well-being, choosing from various wellness experiences combined with entrance to the Hot Spring Pools area, 20.000sqm wide with 5 thermal pools, whirpools, hydromassages, sauna and argillarium; or to the Club, to float in the millenary Spring, the natural thermal lake and relax in the sensory rooms of the Casale, in additon to have access to all the Hot Spring Pools area.
Daily entrance to either the Hot Spring Pools or the Club with a cryotherapy session (2′) and 1 “Argillarium” self-treatment – a pure wellness pampering: an aesthetic thermal mud pack for smooth, glowing skin. Wellness Kit included.
TOTAL BODY CRYOTHERAPY. You will enter in a cold chamber with temperatures ranging from -85° C to -95° C and stay in it for between 2 and 4 minutes. Short-term cooling encourages a large number of positive reactions in the body due to the increased circulatory response of the blood and lymph flow.
Daily entrance to the Club with 1 TdS Deep Lifting Face (80′). Wellness Kit included.
TdS Deep Lifting Face: Smoothing action through ultrasound to eliminate stress from the face and rebalance its pH. Regenerating lifting effect with the application of a double collagen and alginates mask.
Daily entrance to the Hot Spring Pools with 1 Gommage & Plankton treatment (50′). Wellness Kit included.
Gommage & Plankton: Directly from the Hot Spring, this whole body peeling uses Saturnia Bioplankton®. A special treatment that smoothes the skin and prepares it to receive the benefits of the Spa thermal waters.

HOT SPRING POOLS
A day at the Hot Spring Pools of Terme di Saturnia means relaxing immersed in 20,000 square meters of nature and regenerating through to the prodigious element of rebirth: water.
With five open-air pools, whirlpools, vascular paths, sauna and argillarium, it is among the largest thermal baths in Europe.
THE CLUB
The most exclusive access to a wellness experience by Terme di Saturnia: with the Club formula you can float in the crater of Saturn, the natural thermal lake at the center of the Resort, where spring water actually gushes out. Between one bath and another, purify yourself in the Finnish Sauna, or curl up in the sensory rooms blessed by a restorative silence.
